One of the things they don’t tell you is that in addition to being hard, annoying, and stress-inducing, studying for the Bar is really freaking boring. Long days of reading, writing notecards, studying questions- this is mind-numbingly dull stuff.
You know what is not mind-numbingly dull?
Um…
Yeah, me neither. I just tried to think of something interesting for a full five minutes and the best I could come up with was how, a couple of times a day, something in the region of my washing machine makes a sharp “pop!” noise that sounds EXACTLY like the safety seal on a Snapple bottle popping open, and wondering whether anyone can explain why it does that.
We’ve hit a dry spell here, people.

Whenever you’re back, we’re back. I told my brother to approach law school as willingly going to Hell for three years, with the culmination studying for and taking the Bar exam. Then the day you find out if you passed the Bar, it’s like driving past the town of Hell. You’re in the home stretch. Hang in there.
that noise would frighten me. i’d hear it and think it would cost $5000 to fix.
